At Grab Gode, we use Google Sign-In to safely store your game progress in the cloud. If you choose not to sign in, you play as a Guest, and your data is stored directly on your device.
Depending on how you play Detective Mish: Case Closed or Realm of Okonil: Gems Magic, here is how you can delete your data.
No email request is required.
If you play our games without signing in to Google, your game progress and points are stored locally on your mobile device. While some anonymous scores may upload to our Firebase leaderboards, we do not hold an account for you on our servers.
To delete your Guest data: Simply uninstall the game from your device, or clear the app's data in your device settings. Once the game is uninstalled, your local save data is permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
If you used Google Sign-In (OAuth) to back up your progress, your data is linked to your Google account in our Firebase database. You can request that we permanently delete this data from our servers.

Please note: Once this cloud data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you play the game again, you will start from the beginning.
We aim to process all data deletion requests as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 7 to 14 business days for your data to be completely removed from our active servers. We will send you a confirmation email once the process is complete.
